Meet Elyse

Elyse Cook, Co-Founder

Elyse has spent her career helping people make a meaningful impact in the community through giving. With experience in both corporate and private philanthropy, she works across strategy, social impact and governance. Currently working as an adviser on structured giving vehicles, Elyse loves helping individuals and families find a personalised approach to their philanthropy and making generosity both strategic and purposeful.

Beyond work, Elyse finds balance in painting and time at the beach with her dog Mackenzie.

Meet Bella

Bella Conyngham, Co-Founder

Bella is a proud Kiwi with a big heart for social and environmental justice.

By day, she works with trusts, foundations, professional advisors, intermediaries and not-for-profit organisations at the philanthropy sector peak body in Oz: Philanthropy Australia.

By night, she’s on the Board of the Australian Endometriosis Foundation and can usually be found on a yoga mat - teaching, practicing, or chasing a little calm in a busy world.

Meet Bek

Bek Lasky, Founding Committee Member

Bek is a proud Wakaya woman with a strong background in the not-for-profit sector, Bek has focused on First Nations economic development and previously served as the CEO of Ngarrimili. She has spent over five years working directly with Indigenous communities ensuring commitment to hands-on, trust-based and practical solutions that deliver meaningful results for communities.

Currently Head of Community at Esparq Ventures, Bek works across Northern Australia and the Torres Strait to strengthen opportunities for First Nations entrepreneurs and communities.

She is also an active member of the SEWF Youth Advisory Group and the Endometriosis Australia Priority Populations Working Group. Guided by both heart and strategy, Bek champions spaces where Indigenous voices lead with confidence, care, and integrity.

Meet Isobella

Isobella Brun, Founding Committee Member

As a young professional, passionate about philanthropy and social change, Isobella works as a major gifts fundraiser at the University of Sydney. With expertise across humanities, law and social sciences giving, Isobella brings expertise regarding bespoke donor management, impact communication, and a true passion for change. 

Alongside her professional commitments, Isobella is completing her Masters of Development Studies and is a passionate cook, hosting monthly dinner parties for friends and family.
